Loyalty Card Information
Each client, upon booking their first session, will receive a loyalty card. The loyalty card allows you to Buy 3 Sessions, Get 1 Free. The free session that you will receive is the Basic Print Package, valued at $150 plus tax. The loyalty card also works with referrals. If you send Elegant Pix a referral and your referral books, you will receive one punch on your loyalty card.

Elegant Pix reserves the right to use images shot during sessions for marketing purposes on the website and social media.
Booking Information
Important Information For Booking Your Appointment:
In order to book your session, 50% down payment must be paid in order to hold your date and time. The remaining 50% balance must be paid after the session, prior to scheduling the editing of your session.
You have 2 options for payment:
- You can pay your balance in full when you book through the booking calendar OR
- You will receive an invoice shortly (within a few hours) after you book online for 50% payment.
Sessions take place in the Cedar Park area and a travel fee of $100 outside of the Cedar Park area will apply.
Depending on bookings, editing headshot sessions takes 1-2 days, editing all other sessions usually takes 4 – 6 days depending on my schedule. (This excludes weddings and other special events which take around 2 weeks.) Then, you will receive an email when your viewing gallery is ready, including a link to your proofing gallery and instructions on how to choose your favorites list. Once I receive your completed favorites list, I will begin editing your choices.
Rescheduling of your session should be done at least 24 hours prior to a photography shoot due to rain or another unforeseeable event. The payment will not be refunded for no shows, late cancellations, change of heart, etc. This covers my preparation time for your session. We will just reschedule your session.
I do not share the RAW files. During the shoot, I take extra pictures to ensure that I have some great shots for you to choose from, giving you plenty of options. You make a favorites list of the images you want me to edit depending on the package you purchased. I edit and retouch your images and give you the very best, high-quality, high-resolution images for prints and digital download.
If you purchased the digital package, you will be able to download them directly from your final, edited, viewing gallery.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
$100 – Travel Fee outside the Cedar Park area.
$150 – Each additional hour for a photo session.
$200 – Photo Slideshow – Customized slideshow with music from digital photos.
$200 – Digital Photos – Downloadable images from the complete viewing gallery.

Newborn Photography Sessions
BASIC NEWBORN SESSION
10 Images
Newborn sessions are important to capture the first few days of your child’s life. We recommend that most sessions take place between 5-10 days old so that baby is sleepy. It is best if you feed the baby right before your session. We capture the baby in various scenes as well as closeup shots of special features: hands, feet, etc.
A lot of photos are taken during the session and you will receive an online proofing gallery to select your favorite 10 images to be edited. Additional images can be purchased for $25 plus tax, per image.
